TABLIVO / macOS

Privacy Policy

Your data files stay on your Mac. Tablivo does not upload the files you inspect or the results you generate to BaskayaLabs.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes Tablivo for macOS, published by Onur BAŞKAYA, an individual developer using the BaskayaLabs name, and related support correspondence. Contact: BaskayaLabs@gmail.com. Effective and last updated: October 16, 2026. Tablivo is currently in development; the policy reflects its current implementation.

2. Files and processing on your Mac

Tablivo accesses files you choose through macOS file access controls. File contents, table values, file names, queries and analysis results are processed locally. The app creates private working copies and temporary databases in its sandbox to inspect data without editing your source file. It may check local file size, modification time, identity, available storage and resource conditions to operate within its limits. This information is not sent to BaskayaLabs.

Spreadsheet formulas and imported SQL scripts are inspected as supported data; they are not executed as source automation. Supported file readers do not fetch external resources or contact a schema registry.

3. Temporary files, exports and clipboard

Working data is temporary and the app attempts to remove it when the data session is released. An unexpected termination can leave temporary files until cleanup or removal of app data. Closing a file does not delete your original file or exports.

CSV exports remain in the location you select until you remove them. If you choose a synchronized folder, its provider may upload that export under your own settings. Copy actions place selected values or CSV on the macOS clipboard; clipboard history and synchronization follow your device settings. Tablivo does not monitor your clipboard in the background.

4. Local preferences and subscription verification

App preferences, including workload settings, are stored on your device. Tablivo uses Apple StoreKit for subscription products, purchases, restoration and entitlement verification. Apple processes purchase and account information under its own policies. The app reads verified product and transaction information, such as subscription status and expiry, to determine access. A local timestamp is stored in the macOS Keychain to help protect entitlement checks against clock changes.

BaskayaLabs does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. Data-file inspection is local; StoreKit purchases and restoration may require communication with Apple. Apple may make App Store sales or diagnostic information available to developers according to its services and your settings. See Apple’s privacy policy.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, tracking system or BaskayaLabs account system. We do not receive your opened file contents or query results through the app, and we do not sell or use those contents for advertising.

6. When you contact support

If you email BaskayaLabs@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate reported issues and keep necessary support records. Email is handled through Gmail, a Google service; processing may take place in countries other than your own. See Google’s privacy policy.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials or confidential datasets. Use a small fictional example and redact screenshots. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, meet applicable obligations and handle disputes; you may request deletion. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

7. Your choices and requests

You control which files are opened, where exports are saved, what is copied and what you send by email. Remove exports yourself and manage clipboard or cloud copies through the relevant service. Removing the app may not remove exported files, backups or Keychain items. There is no BaskayaLabs app account to delete.

For support information we hold, contact BaskayaLabs@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, request portability or complain to your data protection authority. Where applicable, we process support correspondence to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in supporting the app; legal obligations may also require retention.

8. Children

Tablivo is a general-purpose data inspection tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through support. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information so we can address it.

9. Website visits and external services

Opening these pages sends normal web request information, such as your IP address, browser details and requested page, to the website infrastructure. This is separate from local processing in Tablivo. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to these Tablivo pages. Links to Apple, Google or other services are governed by their respective policies.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this page when relevant practices change and revise the date above. For privacy questions, contact BaskayaLabs@gmail.com.
