Terms of Use

Clear information about using Tablivo and managing App Store purchases.

Last updated: October 16, 2026. Tablivo is published by Onur BAŞKAYA under the BaskayaLabs name and is currently in development.

1. Application licence

For Tablivo distributed through the App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the application licence unless a custom EULA is supplied with that distribution. This page provides product and subscription information and does not replace Apple’s EULA or remove mandatory consumer rights.

2. Intended use and your files

Tablivo is a local data-file inspection tool for macOS. Open only files you are authorized to access. You retain your rights in your data. The app is designed to inspect private working data without editing the source, but it is not a backup or database recovery service. Keep backups and use complete standalone exports rather than active production databases.

File variants, resource limits, unsupported structures, stale spreadsheet formula caches and conversion choices may affect displayed or exported results. Verify results before using them for consequential decisions. Export and clipboard destinations are your choice and may involve third-party synchronization.

3. Subscriptions and trials

When an App Store subscription is offered, its duration, localized price, included access and any introductory trial are displayed before purchase. Trial eligibility is determined through Apple. The purchase confirmation and App Store listing provide the applicable offer; this page does not promise a particular price or trial.

Apple-billed subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple’s subscription settings before renewal. An eligible trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless cancelled in accordance with the offer and Apple’s instructions. Manage or cancel at Apple subscription settings; see Apple’s cancellation guidance. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore purchases to check an existing entitlement with the original Apple Account. Access requires a valid verified entitlement where the app offers subscription-only features. Apple handles billing and refund requests; see Apple’s refund instructions.

4. Availability and updates

Features, supported formats and operating-system requirements may change between versions. Development previews may differ from the App Store version. No release date is promised on this page. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and the terms governing your purchase.

5. Privacy and third-party components

Read the Tablivo Privacy Policy for local processing, Apple purchase verification and support correspondence. Open-source components retain their own licences; relevant notices are included with the app.
