Website Privacy Policy
Privacy for your visit to BaskayaLabs.
A clear explanation of how this website and our email correspondence handle information.
Effective and last updated: October 16, 2026. This notice covers baskayalabs.com, operated by Onur BAŞKAYA, an individual developer using the BaskayaLabs name, and website-related correspondence. Privacy contact: BaskayaLabs@gmail.com.
1. Website privacy and app privacy are separate
This notice concerns your visit to our website. For the handling of files, local analysis and purchases within Tablivo, read the Tablivo Privacy Policy. Visiting this site does not give us access to files you inspect in Tablivo.
2. Information involved in a visit
To deliver a page, website infrastructure processes technical request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information and response status. A referring page may be supplied by your browser. Hosting, caching and security services may retain technical logs to operate the site, investigate errors and prevent abuse.
We have not added advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party analytics to the current public pages. Fonts and product images are served with the site rather than through an external font or embedded media service. We do not use website information for targeted advertising, sell personal information, or use support messages to train AI models.
3. Email correspondence
If you contact BaskayaLabs@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer enquiries, provide support, investigate issues and maintain necessary correspondence. Sending an email is optional. Please provide only the information needed and avoid sensitive datasets or credentials.
Our mailbox uses Gmail, provided by Google. Email processing and storage may take place outside your country. Google handles information under its service terms and privacy policy. Your own email provider also processes the message.
4. Why we process information
Technical information is used to deliver, protect and maintain the website. Correspondence is used to respond to your request, support our products and resolve issues. Where applicable, the basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries, steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an applicable agreement, or a legal obligation. Where processing requires consent, we will request it before starting that processing.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
See the Cookie Policy for the current setup. Our public page features do not intentionally store advertising or analytics identifiers or persistent visitor preferences. WordPress administrative sign-in uses separate functional cookies for authorized users. A visit is not treated as consent to optional tracking.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Infrastructure providers process technical information as part of hosting, delivery and protection. Google processes messages sent to our Gmail mailbox. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal claims. Following an external link makes a separate request to that service under its own policies.
Providers may process data in other countries. Any transfers subject to applicable data protection rules require an appropriate legal mechanism; this notice does not itself establish consent to an international transfer.
7. Retention
Technical information is retained according to operational, security and applicable legal needs and provider configurations. Correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry, provide support and handle applicable obligations or disputes. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. We do not claim that all website or email records are erased immediately when a browser tab is closed.
8. Your choices and rights
You may browse without emailing us, manage cookies in your browser, and avoid opening external links. Contact BaskayaLabs@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, request portability or complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need limited information to verify a request and may retain records where legally required.
9. Security and children
The site uses HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send secrets by email. The site introduces general-purpose software and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information so we can address it.
10. Updates and contact
We will revise this notice and its date when relevant practices change. Contact BaskayaLabs@gmail.com for questions about this website or its privacy practices.
