For Tablivo help, visit Tablivo Support for troubleshooting and answers to common questions. If you email us, use the subject “Tablivo support” and include your app version, macOS version, exact error and steps to reproduce it.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. Describe the request without attaching identity documents or confidential files unless we specifically explain why a proportionate verification step is needed.
General enquiries & accessibility
Use the same address for product feedback, accessibility issues, partnerships or website problems. A clear description and the relevant page URL help us understand your request.
Please keep sensitive data out of email
Use fictional sample files and redact screenshots. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or confidential production datasets. We do not need them to start helping.
